The Staff at Anchor Physical Therapy
Robin is the founding partner of Anchor Physical Therapy Spine and Sports Medicine. Robin received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology from University of Colorado at Boulder in 1988, and then continued doing graduate work towards a master degree. In 1991, she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from University of Colorado Health Sciences Center with honors. Robin has devoted the past 16 years as a physical therapist. She also served 6 years as a clinical manager in a corporate setting. She has specialized her education and treatment in manual therapy techniques.
Placing a high emphasis on an active exercise program and manual therapy, Robin has been successful in treating the full spectrum of patients through an integrative approach toward treatment. She has also been involved in developing a specialized golf injury treatment program, evaluation and casting for orthotics, and treating patients with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunctions.
In her free time, Robin enjoys time with her family camping, fishing, hiking, boating, and golfing, and recently enjoying time with her new grand-daughter.

Mark received his training in physical therapy at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, graduating in 1991. He previously earned a bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado . Since graduation from PT school his primary focus in physical therapy has been in the orthopedic setting. He has worked with all aspects of orthopedics as well as in the occupational health setting including 5 years at Coors Brewing Company, treating injuries to employees and their dependents. There he also performed ergonomic assessments, taught well back classes, and participated in the work conditioning program. His specialty is in manual therapy having earned his Certification in Manual Therapy through the University of St. Augustine Institute of Physical Therapy in 1997.
Mark continues to advance his manual skills and techniques through regular participation in continuing education courses. As a Colorado native he enjoys the various outdoor activities offered by our state such as skiing, hiking, and camping. He also loves traveling, music, and spending time with his wife Judy and their two Labrador retrievers.

Mark Kahl

Dawn has been working at Anchor for a little over two years. She graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences center in May 2005 with her Masters in Physical Therapy, and then while working part time here she finished her Doctorate in Physical therapy in May 2006. She enjoys working with all types of sports, orthopedic and back injuries. Dawn also has some training in Vestibular disorders and works with people experiencing vertigo.
In her free time she enjoys playing most sports, especially volleyball, racquetball, softball and basketball. She lives with her husband in Westminster and they recently welcomed a baby girl into their family on July 2.

Rayann is a Colorado native and sports enthusiast who graduated from Colorado State University in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Health and Exercise Science. Rayann decided to combine her interests in human anatomy/physiology, exercise, and education by pursuing a career in physical therapy. She recently graduated from University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
In her free time Rayann enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her family, friends, and two German Shepards.

Rayann Greer

Michelle has been an occupational therapist for 26 years and a certified hand therapist for over 16 years. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in Occupational Therapy. Michelle has specialized her education and treatment to the hand and upper extremity. She was in the inaugural group of Hand Therapists, certified in 1991. She is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists, Rocky Mountain Hand Surgery Society, and The Denver Hand Special Interest Group.
Michelle is married with two children, both attending CSU in Fort Collins Her interests are cooking, tennis, skiing, and playing with her two dogs.

Mike's background comes from over 30 years in the corporate business world. In 2003, the company where he was employed for 27 years downsized to make way for a merger. It was at that time that he and his wife, Robin, decided to open a private practice in the Broomfield area.
Along with long time friend and PT, Mark Kahl , they opened Anchor PT in October 2003. Mike enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson, camping, fishing, the occasional round of golf, and most recently, playing with his new grand-daughter.

Aubrey has been part of the Anchor family since fall 2005. She attended Pima Medical and received a certificate for physical therapy aid. She works mostly at the front desk answering phones and scheduling appointments. Before Anchor she worked for SunSpectrum Outpatient which was part of Mediplex Specialty Hospital in Thornton. She was there for two years doing office and aid work until they closed. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jeremy and their three children. They love living in the Broomfield area, taking the children to the park, and walking their French bull dog Beau.

Aubrey Nordstrom |
Hope is a Colorado native who grew up in Broomfield . She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder , graduating in 2006 with her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Spanish Language and Literature. She has volunteered Anchor Physical Therapy since June of 2006 to learn more about the practice of physical therapy prior to applying to physical therapy school. She currently is employed with us as an aide, working with the therapists to facilitate treatments, as well as assisting in patient scheduling and office billing tasks.
During her free time she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her Siberian huskey, McKinley, training in martial arts, and staffing a high adventure ropes course located at the Boy Scout camp Tahosa.

Sarah has lived in Colorado for 31 years. Attended the University of Colorado at Denver . Has been in the physical and occupational therapy business for 13 years, in several capacities. At Anchor P.T., Sarah has numerous responsibilities including working on insurance and claims issues, greeting and registering patients and general clinic tasks.
She enjoys hunting, camping and riding ATV's with her husband and 2 daughters.

Cory has been with Anchor since October of 2003 and spends most of his time either working on billing, dealing with insurance companies, or acting as a PT aid. He will graduate with his Bachelor's of Science in Biology from the University of Colorado at Denver in the spring of 2008, and is currently pursuing his goal of becoming a Physical Therapist. He hopes to begin the three year program at the University of Colorado and Health Science Center beginning in June of 2008.
He enjoys spending time outdoors with his friends and family and of course his dog Bailey. Some of his favorite pastimes are Snowboarding, camping, hiking, fishing, and the occasional game of Texas Hold ‘em.
